JOB SIMULATION - A DIGITAL ASSESSMENT

 

In order to "merge" into one´s tasks and to be able to contribute successfully, it is extremely important for companies and applicants to find out what everyday tasks demand in terms of competencies and personality traits as well as typically reflected personal interests. 
Too often the areas of responsibility are very individual and are not anchored to the job profile alone. Each company has its own ideas about how to practice in a successful manner - "What to do? and "How to do it right?".
